Our 2025 season runs from 22nd March through until 3rd November, and we have a growing community of seasonal pitch guests. From as little as £4500 (plus £250 refundable security deposit), and electric charged at 22p kWh a unit, you could have your touring caravan on a minimum 8 x 10m pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, providing you and your family ( up to 8 people) with 31 weeks of annual holiday time.
That’s around £140 per week – even in Peak Holidays.
Pay a deposit of just a £1,000 with nothing further to pay until next year!!! (Balance payable by the 31st January 2025).
Find your perfect holiday
We have a secure storage facility available on park throughout the year for those wishing to leave their caravan close to their holiday destination. You book your holiday with Reception in the usual way, giving at least 24 hours’ notice (we require more notice when the park is closed from November -March), and we’ll have your van on your pitch ready for your arrival.
Prices from £145 per quarter plus £50 pulling in /out siting fee
In addition, there is a £100 refundable deposit which is required to ensure collection of your van at the end of your storage period. This will be returned once your van has left the Park.
