Pool Safety

Our guests comfort and safety is our priority.

Palm Bay has a team of trained lifeguards on hand during opening hours, however guests remain responsible for their families and children whilst using the facility.

Palm Bay operates a swim ratio guide which we encourage all guests to read prior to booking to avoid disappointment. Please be aware that failure to follow this guide may result in you being asked to leave the facility

We operate a capacity policy in peak periods to ensure the pool does not become overcrowded.
