We are on the search for a bubbly, likable and approachable Entertainer Manager to join us at Monkey Tree Holiday Park! You will work in a high performing fast paced environment leading an enthusiastic team of exceptional hosts, responsible for delivering exciting day and evening entertainment experiences for our guests and visitors to the Park.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of entertainment operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Supervise and train staff involved in entertainment services to maintain high standards of performance.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve future entertainment offerings.
- Monitor industry trends to keep the entertainment programme fresh and appealing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all entertainment activities.
Requirements
- Understand the importance of creating a great team environment.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a focus on guest services ensuring guests have the opportunity to enjoy their holiday to the full.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with guests and team members alike.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique entertainment concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
- This is a permanent contract, and you will be expected to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous experience in managing teams within an entertainment or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
