Entertainment Manager

We are on the search for a bubbly, likable and approachable Entertainer Manager to join us at Monkey Tree Holiday Park! You will work in a high performing fast paced environment leading an enthusiastic team of exceptional hosts, responsible for delivering exciting day and evening entertainment experiences for our guests and visitors to the Park.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of entertainment operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Supervise and train staff involved in entertainment services to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve future entertainment offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep the entertainment programme fresh and appealing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all entertainment activities.

Requirements

  • Understand the importance of creating a great team environment.
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a focus on guest services ensuring guests have the opportunity to enjoy their holiday to the full.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with guests and team members alike.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique entertainment concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • This is a permanent contract, and you will be expected to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous experience in managing teams within an entertainment or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
